Welcome to the ECOESC HelpDesk.  You may use this system to submit a trouble ticket to the IT department.  To login to the system you will need an ECOESC username and password.  (These would be the same as your email username and password)  You will need to prefix your username with "TCHESC\".  For example if my name is John Doe, I would enter "TCHESC\john.doe" as the username and use the same password that I do for email.
