Who We Are

The East Central Ohio Educational Service Center (ECOESC) is a regional education agency serving school districts across Belmont, Carroll, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Noble, and Tuscarawas counties.

We exist to support local districts by providing shared services, specialized programs, and professional expertise that individual districts may not be able to deliver alone — all while maximizing the value of every education dollar.
