Agencies within the Belmont, Carroll, Guernsey, and Tuscarawas Counties get together to publish a booklet of available community resources (i.e., addiction, housing, mental health, transportation, etc) for their respective county.  Here you will find links to those booklets and more.  If you have questions about a particular service, please reach out to that agency directly.
