West Holmes Local Schools has an opportunity for a High School Intervention Specialist to join the team! Beginning in August, the following position is available:
Intervention Specialist
Qualifications:
- Certified in HS/MS Special Education
- Mild to Moderate licensure
- Moderate/Intensive licensure
Duties:
- Will provide intervention and support to Middle School and/or High School students with disabilities.
- Will utilize data to determine student needs.
- Will work collaboratively with other staff to design and implement intervention strategies and other lessons to address student needs.
- Report to building administration to provide updates of student progress.
- Provide behavior and academic support and interventions.
