This month, East Central Ohio ESC is pleased to recognize Amber Marling, administrative assistant at our Bridgeport office.
Now in her second full year with ECOESC, Amber plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. Her organizational skills, willingness to assist others and commitment to teamwork help ensure our staff and students receive the support they need.
Marling said the best part of her job is the people. “I love the people I work with and being able to help wherever I’m needed,” she said. “I enjoy staying organized and knowing that the work I do helps support our staff and students. I also really appreciate being part of such a caring and supportive team.”
Away from the office, Marling is married to her best friend and has three children who keep life busy and fun. She is active in her church and loves spending time with her family. She is also a big animal and nature lover. When she has some downtime, she is usually reading or digging into a good true crime story.
Marling’s fun fact is a surprising one: She keeps jumping spiders as pets. She recently added a tiny pumpkin patch tarantula named Lil Boo Fang to the family.
