East Central Ohio ESC is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our ECO Center Café team. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee and café items, provide excellent customer service, and support daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and light café items
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized café and work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support opening and closing duties as scheduled
• Assist with special events or programs hosted at the ECO Center, as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred (training available)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
